1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using The Turn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The Turn is a golf scoring, wagering, and analytics application that allows users to track scores, manage friendly wagers, view season statistics, and participate in group competitions. The App is intended for entertainment and personal record-keeping purposes.

3. User Accounts

• ·You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• ·You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.
• ·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Wagering Disclaimer

The Turn provides tools to track friendly wagers between players. The App is a record-keeping tool only and does not process, hold, or facilitate any financial transactions related to wagers. All wager settlements occur directly between players outside the App. The Turn is not a gambling platform and does not operate as a bookmaker, casino, or financial intermediary.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any wagering activity complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws in their jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• ·The Turn offers optional premium features through subscription plans ("The Turn Pro").
• ·Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
• ·Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• ·You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
• ·Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App (scores, player names, group information, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data as necessary to provide the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ·Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.
• ·Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• ·Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• ·Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Turn Golf and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scoring calculations, wager computations, or statistical data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Turn Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
